What happened to SRD magic items?

So I patched Hero Lab and loaded up my player's portfolio only to get a huge string of error messages. On loading in I discovered that all the magic items that players had from the SRD Modules are gone! When I try to configure the characters all the old modules in the configuration list are gone now too. SRD Magic Items is still checked though. Tried finding the magic items but they are nowhere to be found.
 
If HL gets an error on LOAD it goes into safe mode and won't load any of your addons. What you are asking about is from the Community Basic Pack. Please update to the latest version of the Community Files in addition to the official files.

The GM Pack and GM Mythic Pack are being fixed now and will be out very shortly...
 
Ah, yeah, I WAS getting an error when loading the game (File: Com_GMPack_Frumple_Adjustments_user (line 283)-Thing-Duplicate record encountered ('pJump')) but after loading/reloading a number of times a new update appeared for the GM files that seems to have fixed it.
