What do I need to make PFS character ?

I have the core book +
Advanced Class Guide
Advanced Player's Guide
Inner Sea Gods
Ultimate Combat
Ultimate Magic

I also have a few other minor books, but the option to make PFS character can not currently be checked (the box is gray)
