What do I do? Cannot get into the server

Hi all

When I try to log in to my Realm Works dialogue I get an error message saying that either my password/user name are wrong (they're not) or that the server is down (it can't be down for months at a time).

I did ask what to do and was told I needed to do something with my Zonealarm settings. But I don't remember what I was told and noodling around with ZA doesn't seem to have led me anywhere. Can anyone help?
 
Try disabling blockers and antivirus before trying again. In any case, email support and give them details, and they should be able to assist.
