Hi everyone,

FYI - our web site at www.wolflair.com is currently having some issues and is not accessible for some people. :( Our web host is working on this now and we hope to have it back up soon. Note that online purchases and license reassignments are NOT affected by this issue, and should be going through as normal.

That's cool. Thanks for posting it here! I was hoping that it was not a Realworks issue that somehow crashed your servers.

Is there a separate unaffected URL for online purchase? Or is there a mirror link where I can download/purchase Hero Lab?
 
These problems were resolved yesterday, so everything should be back to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience, all!
