Weapon Summoning Question

I can't figure out why the DC of Weapon Summoning increases by 5 if I add the Thrown power feat to it. The DC does not increase if more ranks are added to Thrown. Is that a mistake or is there some rule I'm missing?
 
I'm not seeing this behaviour; which other feats / extras do you need to add to Weapon Summoning to make it happen? It works fine for me if I add the power then just add the Thrown power feat.
 
Well, if you notice any other hallucin--- I mean bugs, please let us know ;)

Joking aside, it's possibly being caused by an odd combination of other powers, extras, flaws, etc. If you can reproduce the exact combination of powers (and so on), let us know what it is so we can fix it. :)
