Weapon Master Handbook

It is released.

As for the package it will be in. It should be in one of the player companion packs. Can't say which pack yet till probably next week when stuff likely will be released by LWD this month.
 
Indeed. Bestiary 5 is in progress and we should have almost all of it ready for a release next week, before Thanksgiving. Occult Realms has been accepted and I'm planning to integrate it sometime over the weekend, so that should be in next release as well. The other three books are all in various stages of drafts, and whether any of them will be ready in time is unclear at this point, sorry!
 
I'm told we'll likely do another release after Thanksgiving weekend, but before our normal December books go out, to fill in any remaining gaps in Bestiary 5 and whatever books for November get pushed back.
 
Normally Lone Wolf has these files done in accordance with book releases but once in a while a book comes along that has a lot of content packed into it which takes a little time to get into hero lab. Software engineers do their best but they're not all miracle workers. Give it a little more time, you'll have your book for mastery of weapons and yuletide slaughter once its done.
