Weapon Finesse Bug

I noticed that Dexterity bonuses aren't factored into my character sheets if I select Weapon Finesse. Has there been a fix for this? In particular, I'm hoping to see this fixed to reflect a Monk's flurry of blows, any weapons that should be factored into this feat's bonus, and characters who have Two-Weapon Fighting.
