Whenever I'm putting together sample rosters for trade shows, I have 
a moderate amount of success just doing a google image search for 
"blood angels logo" (for example) and then increasing the brightness 
/ reducing the contrast of the resulting image until it's very faint 
- you could always try that. I'm not sure of any sites that have a 
library of game-related watermarks, though (or the legal issues).
