I was wondering if I was missing something and wanted to see before sending a bug report... I will send one in now I guess...

I "get" this idea of wanting to make sure. But think of "bug" reporting for HL to be more like "help I am I missing something or its a bug". :)

Sometimes the issue can be solved with a post in the forums. Most times its a "yep its a bug" report it situation. So LW has asked that people just post the bug and then you can get an official answer or they mark it on the to-do list.

This is one of those abilities that looks like just never got scripted. It really should be an adjustment also so that other characters affected can turn it on.
 
Though a post on the forum is also appropriate, as the bug, if it is a bug, is not likely to be fixed immediately - and the next person to encounter the problem can do a forum search, and this thread will bubble o the top.
