Warlord(Tome of Secrets) Inspiration

I've got a friend in my Pathfinder game that is playing a Warlord from Tome of Secrets. The problem is it is giving him to many uses of inspiration per day. It should be 3 + Chr mod/day but it looks like it is calculating it as his level/2 + Chr mod/ day. I don't know how to go into the script and fix it. Any ideas?
