Warhammer 40k dark angels

i just downloaded army builder, and am playing with it somewhat, and can not seem to get it to load the dark angels, which is my army. I have an option for space marines, but there are new rules for dark angels, and they do not seem to be included with the most recent download, any ideas??? the download I got for warhammer 40k, is 40k4v1p27b. please offer suggestions.
 
Once you select a space marine army, click the clipboard icon on the army selector - in that menu you select the sort of space marines you're playing.
