when will the army builder files be updated in army builder 2.2? what
will the scheme be to upgrade to 3.0 so that I can do it?

The data file authors for 40K are working away on new AB3 data files. To my
knowledge, the files are being written for 4th Edition.

Full details on the V3.0 upgrade options are now posted on the website at
www.wolflair.com.
