War of the Ring Query?

I have a rules query about the War of the Ring game system. In the rulebook it states that you can have an army which is aligned to evil but have elves as your starting force. Just wondering if this is correct and if the rules system on Army Builder could be changed so that it incorporates this.

For questions about specific data files, you can go to the "Help" menu and choose the "Contact Data File Author". This will start an email to the author of the data files, where you can ask them about questions like this. :)
