I don't see this as a class that I can select. Is there something I am doing wrong, or is there a package I need to install in order to get it?
 
Looks like that's a 3PP, I'm not sure if they've released it for HL. It may be in the Community Bestiary.

My total guess? Would be at some point to fix something you did a uninstall and reinstall of HL. If so the community stuff goes away and you have to do the setup again. So if you follow the above setup instructions can you find the Community Packages again for download?

That of course is my guess using magic pixie dust. :p :)
