Wands/Staffs not handled as charged items

[This feels like a core engine issue] Wands and Staffs have charges in definition file but don't show up in Charges section of In Play tab. Also, they have defined starting charge amounts but no way to change for found items (which changes effective values). I can use an Counter adjustment to track charges but it still doesn't show up. Suggest at least to add a free form Charges adjustment as a stop gap measure.

d20 3.5, and I apologize if I put it in the wrong place but it seemed unlikely that it would work in one but not the other. Feel free to move it.

Actually, improving the way charges were handled was one of the things I got to do when the d20 files were branched off to make the Pathfinder files.

I tried adding a wand on the Magic tab, then I equipped the wand there, and went to the In-Play tab, and the wand shows up there with its 50 charges. What are you seeing? If you find a used wand, you should simply subtract some of the charges. Once I get the time to create a custom wand option that works like the existing custom scroll option, I can add the ability to calculate the sale price of a wand based on the number of charges it has.
