Wands and caster level

Is there anyway to assign a caster level to wand and scrolls when it is added to the character sheet. Or do you have to make a custom item each time. Could this be added as feature so that when adding the item to your sheet it would automatically ask for the caster level of the item?

Custom wands are already on the to-do list. Until then, you'll have to make them in the editor.

The fact that scrolls can't alter the caster level is a bug. Since wands need to control caster level, too, I'll fix that as part of the process of adding the custom potion/wand options.
