Wand with multiple spells

Is there a way to make a wand with multiple spells on it? I'm trying to recreate a 1st edition Wand of Fire, with Burning Hands, Pyrotechnics, Fireball, and Wall of Fire:

If I try to create that in Hero Lab, the item shows up in red, saying "Too many spells have been added" and the item description in the character sheet is:

Wand of wall of fire (pyrotechnics (fireball (burning hands, 50 charges), 50 charges), 50 charges) 50 charges

You'd have to make it a specific wondrous item, and not use the built in 'wand' mechanics.

Even if the item was originally called a wand, I'd say that in 3rd edition, this item would be better created as a staff than a wand - all wands in 3rd contain exactly one spell - it's staves that are allowed to contain multiple spells.

(Actually, I think someone already made the 1st to 3rd translation of that item - the Staff of Fire contains all those spells except Pyrotechnics)

Is there any way to create a custom staff in the UI or do you need to use the editor for that?

No, there's no way to create a Custom Staff in the main UI. that said, as mentioned, there is a Staff of Fire in the core rules (already in Hero Lab), that does pretty much what the old wand did, with the exception of the Pyrotechnics spell. Should be easy enough to copy that in the editor and add Pyro to it.
