VOR Datafile *.zip

Hi Folks,

I have fixed the format for the vor.zip datafile. It will now import
properly from the *.zip format. You can download it off my website.

ALSO...just to distinguish the 2 different import files, I added a -c
Comment to the version on my site that it was updated by me. Comment reads
"This VOR ZIP file created by GrailKnight". I am not claiming authorship of
the VOR data files, just the zip format.
