Vista Folder Madness!?

Ok, I don't know if this is an Army Builder issue or a Vista issue, but I figured I'd just ask in here too.

All of the folders for game files in my C:\Program Files\ArmyBuilderEX\data folder are only visible through Army Builder or ABC. I cannot find them in search or by navigating through explorer.

Is this a AB thing? Please help.
