Vestigial arms and two-weapon fighting

My party has an alchemist with two vestigial arms and two great swords. I can't seem to get hero lab to display the correct attack bonus for two-weapon fighting with both swords equipped at the same time (should be -6 and -10 correct?). Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

EDIT: Is it because you can't do two-weapon fighting with great swords, even with 4 arms?
