I was perusing the feats list to add some additional feats when I came across cold iron chef.

Heh. I will add that to my 14th level chef/bartender character. I guess he shouldn't open a restaurant in the Fey Lands.

So, was this a easter egg, or just a test feat?

There are a handful of sample items included that demonstrated how to accomplish a few things. These items are rather silly and designated as open content. You can turn off the display of this material easily by going to the Configure Hero form and turning off the inclusion of Lone Wolf's open content.
