Hey guys,
I have not checked everything yet, but while building a character I discovered that Telescopic limbs cannot be made alphaware or higher. So you can't actually have an alpha+ arm with telescopic features. It also seems to be an issue for a bunch of the cyber weapon modifications too.
 
Also, for some reason I cannot fathom now getting cyberware reduces the maximum number of rituals you can know. So if you select a cyberarm you get -2 rituals, which makes a glitch on the builder even if you don't even use magic. :\
