Version 6.7 can now be downloaded from the automatic updates mechanism within Hero Lab.

This update adds Campaign Setting: Lands of the Linnorm Kings as the first book in the new Campaign Setting #7 package. Campaign Setting #7 costs $4.99, and will include at least two more books from Paizo's Campaign Setting line, although the exact books have not been determined yet.

This update also adds Player's Companion: Faiths of Corruption as the first book in the new Player's Companion: Golarion #2 package. This package is also $4.99, and will include at least one more book from Paizo's Player's Companion line, although again, the exact book or books have not been determined yet.

This update also has Pathfinder #51, the magic items from Paizo's 10/25/11 blog, and some bug fixes.

Here are the full release notes for this update, copied from the FAQ:

New Releases!

  • Content from the Lands of the Linnorm Kings is now available in the new Campaign Setting #7 package.
  • Content from Faiths of Corruption is now available in the new Golarion #2 package.
Enhancements & Changes

  • Added player content from Pathfinder #51, The Hungry Storm.
  • Added the treats (magic items) from the 10/25/11 paizo blog.
Bug Fixes

  • The Barbarian's Scent rage power was giving a false error while raging.
  • The Sard's poison ability was missing its "+4d6 electricity damage".
  • The Kraken was missing its poison ability.
  • The Mystery of Juju's False Death Revelation was not adding the appropriate spells.
  • Spells with an alignment descriptor opposed to the caster were reporting errors when placed on scrolls, potions, and other custom magic items.
  • The Skeleton template was not hiding special attacks that appear on the weapons tab (trample, rend, constrict) and was not hiding those natural weapons that lack bones (tentacle, tongue).
  • Gear that is used up, like torches, is now tracked on the in-play tab.
  • The Shielded Fighter archetype's Shield Buffet ability had incorrect summary text (that of Savage Charge).
  • The Shielded Fighter archetype's Active Defense ability was not applying it's bonuses under the correct conditions.
Data File Authoring

  • Like fly, swim, and climb, you can now detect whether there is a burrow or jet speed at Post-Attributes/9000, rather than waiting until the final speed value is calculated at Final/15000.
  • The "Uses Quantities?" checkbox that wondrous items had was missing from regular gear.

I recoemmend you place bug reports in the bug reports thread - that way, if it doesn't get addressed for the next update, it's in a stickied thread and will still be in that thread's queue when we do have time to work on getting through that thread, rather than hiding in a thread whose title isn't related to that issue (once I un-stick this thread when the 6.8 release comes out, it will fall many pages back in the list, and won't register as somewhere I should look for things that aren't accomplished yet).

That one appears to have been missed the first time around. I've moved it into the current bug reports thread. Sorry about that.

I also reported this in the current (long) bug report thread a while back. http://forums.wolflair.com/showthread.php?p=59812#post59812

I'm going to suggest again that a new sticky/locked thread on "Known Bugs" be created.

I would like to suggest a new thread where someone (Mathias) can post the known issues that are being worked on. I'm sure a "to-do" list is kept somewhere. This would be great for people posting bug reports. Trying to find out if your problem has been reported before can be difficult right now. I personally have posted at least one duplicate report after searching for it because my search-fu was weak (searched wrong terms). I bet Mathias has lost track of the number of times he's had to type "This is a known issue" in the bug report thread. And make sure the thread is locked or I guarantee you someone will post bug reports on it (because they "know" it's an issue). This would also allow the bug report thread to reset with each revision.
I have personally written several bug reports that never got a response of any kind ("will be fixed" or "not a bug"). I'm not egotistical enough to demand a personal response to all my posts but when the issues are not fixed in the next revision I don't know whether reposting the bug would be helpful (because it got overlooked) or just plain annoying (because people keep posting the same known thing).

Also either in the same thread or a different one you can post "This is not a bug" items. (Are you proficient with that weapon? The additional spells appear in the personal tab. Read the text where it says "that feature has not been implemented yet" etc.)
