Version 4.20 of the Pathfinder files is now available from the automatic updates mechanism.

The Bestiary 2 package is now available for sale - it's $9.99, and can be purchased through the License menu...purchase data package.

The various age categories of dragons that had not been added yet are now available. This is a free update for anyone who owns the Bestiary package.

Content from the Dragons Revisited and The Great Beyond books was added to the Campaign Setting #2 package - these are free updates for anyone who already owns the Campaign Setting #2 package.

This update also includes a few bug fixes, content from Pathfinder #40, and many new Spell Adjustments, courtesy of ShadowChemosh.

Here's the complete change list, copied from the FAQ:

New Releases!

  • The Bestiary 2 is now available. You can purchase it by choosing "Purchase Data Package" from the License menu.
  • Content from Dragons Revisited has been added to the Campaign Setting #2 package.
  • Those races from the Bestiary 2 that were originally added in Campaign Setting: The Great Beyond and Campaign Setting: Into the Darklands are available to anyone who owns either the Bestiary 2 package or the appropriate campaign setting package.
Special Thanks

  • Thanks to ShadowChemosh for entering many new spell adjustmentss.
Enhancements & Changes

  • Added content from Pathfinder 40.
  • Added many more items to the Spell Adjustments list.
  • Added 90 more dragon races - the age categories that did not receive full statblocks in the Bestiary are now available as separate races.
  • Added an adjustment to add energy resistances to a character.
  • Added an adjustment to add damage reduction to a character.
  • Added an adjustment to add non-land movement speeds to a character.
  • The Avoral race presented in Player's Companion: Andoran has been updated to the Bestiary 2's Agathion, Avoral. This race is available to anyone who owns either the Bestiary 2 package or the appropriate player's companion package.
  • The Hippopotamus race from Campaign Setting: Heart of the Jungle has been updated to the Bestiary 2's Hippopotamus. This race is available to anyone who owns either the Bestiary 2 package or the appropriate campaign setting package.
  • Many races from the SRD adventure paths that were in HL in their SRD forms were updated to their Bestiary 2 statistics. Any of these races that were already available in Hero Lab before the Bestiary 2 was released are available to all Hero Lab users.
Bug Fixes

  • Size-altering adjustments (like Enlarge Person and Reduce Person) no longer change the size of items marked as "Size Doesn't Matter" - this prevents problems like reduce person removing the ability to equip an alchemist's bombs.
  • Error messages were being generated if a Fighter did not select a weapon for the Weapon Mastery ability at 20th level.
  • Added an Activation to the Destruction Domain's Destructive Smite ability.
  • The Fiend Totem, Greater rage power was granting the Pounce ability during a rage.
  • The Free-Hand Fighter Archetype was granting its Elusive ability at 2nd level, not 3rd.
  • The Price of the Metamagic Rod, Reach, Greater was incorrect.
Data File Authoring

  • Abilities can now be checked as a "Base DR/resistance/speed". If this option is checked, the ability will be added to all characters, and will be available for selection by adjustments. This is only intended for the basic version of the resistances/speeds. For example, if DR/lead were added, it should be tagged with this, but a class special that grants DR/lead should not, because the class special modifies the base DR. This should only be added to abilities that are set as unique.
  • Now that all Energy Resistances, SR, DRs, and movement speeds are added to all characters, things that grant these do not need to bootstrap them anymore. If the ability is bootstrapped with a set value, the existing mechanism of bootstrapping them with that value attached is still the best way to add them - because the ability is unique, the value added will simply be added to the existing ability, following the normal stacking rules.
  • Adjustments can now specify "Damage Reduction", "Energy Resistance" and "Movement" as categories of things they can select from.
