Bug fixes

• The Bonded Holy Symbol ability of the Ecclesitheurge archetype was selecting among the wrong set of items.
• Kineticist blasts were not being included in custom outputs (such as to d20Pro or Fantasy Grounds).
• The Fey Shape 3 and 4 spell adjustments were not granting the energy resistances of the chosen form.
• Catfolk Sorcerer favored class bonus was not able to select some 1st level bloodline abilities.
• The Multiattack/Extra Attack ability of animal companions was applying its extra attack effect, even when replaced by an animal companion archetype.
• The Giant Vulture animal companion had incorrect damage at level 4+ and incorrect reach once becoming large.
• The Jinkin Gremlin race was missing its darkvision.
