vehicle proficiency from training

When i created my character, i was able to pick land vehicles as a proficiency. However, water vehicles are not available to add later on due to training.

In addition, would it be possible to get a 'custom' item for tool proficiencies? Air vehicles aren't listed but training in their use is part of our current adventure.
 
I'm thinking that might be an oversight from LW, maybe something to request from the devs to add the vehicles to the 'add tools from training' dialogue on the skills tab.

BUT, I believe if you go to the Adjustments tab and have the Community files loaded you can choose the Adjustment called 'Proficiency' and grant 1 proficiency. A new tab appears and asks you to select a skill or tool proficiency - the vehicle proficiencies do appear as selection choices.
