VDR Armour Bug?

If I make a close-topped normal tank, with normal speed, no weapons,
armour 9 on the front and rear, and armour 10 on the sides, the total
comes in at 55 pts, which checks out fine. If I upgrade the same
vehicle to armour 11 on both sides, the cost goes up to 65 points,
and the extra 10 points is in armour. The VDR armour cost chart,
with the website update, has no difference in cost between side
armour of 10 and 11 (both 10 pts each), and so the vehicle should
cost the exact same. The extra armour total is not enough to change
the price of having the vehicle closed-topped, and I can't think of
any other reason why it would go up in price.

"Side armour of 10 should cost +10 points per facing, rather than 5. Side
armour of 11 should cost +15 points."

Interesting. I downloaded the VDR Update almost as soon as it came
out, from the GW website, and that copy doesn't have that second
sentence (no I don't have Acrobat Reader to have edited it). I just
went back and downloaded a new copy, and the sentence is there.
