Varisian Tattoo Feat

The Varisian Tattoo feat (from the Inner Sea World Guide, and the player handout for the Rise of the Runelords AP) has a couple errors.

  1. It's not listed as an Upbringing feat in HL, for GMs who want to use the "Free Upbringing Feat" optional rule.
  2. When this feat is added, you must select a school of magic. You get a 0-level spell as a spell-like ability 3/day, but this isn't showing up on the Tracked Resources section.
I've made a copy of that feat in a custom file that fixes #1, but I'm not seeing why #2 is still not working.
