Variant creatures from the Bestiary?

Several Bestiary entries include variants. While some can be made by applying a template to a standard creature, others cannot be created so easily (for example, the Mining Beetle is a Fire Beetle with the advanced template and a burrow speed). Should we expect to see official entries for the variants in the future?
 
Same thing. I'm running a module with one in it, and I've run games without this program, I am capable of running a Bombardier Beetle without HL, but I'd like to.
