Vampire Count – Ethereal
If you make a Vampire Ethereal, it still lets you take dispel scrolls, and a magic banner. You can be a BSB but I’m fairly sure you can’t take a magic banner. I also think dispel scrolls count as magic items.
As an ability in the lord you can pick dark knight and ethereal, which I don’t think is right as well.
