Vampire Counts, enchanted shield

Vampires cannot take the enchanted shield without taking a shield option, even throught they clearly can in the army book.

They have to take the Vampire Power Avatar of Death (with shield) or Dread Knight .. to get the option in magic armor to take an Enchanted Shield ... and that's wrong

Indeed; there is a specific exception in the Magic Armour section of the Army Book that says Vampires can take whatever magic armour they can afford despite not having the option for any mundane stuff in their list entry.
