Is it possible to have the bonuses that come with adding the unholy lodestone or the balefire appear on the army sheet? The rules on page 43 of the army book.

Hmm. I could be blind. I'm still pretty new to the software. However the only footnotes I see contain data about the Miasma Deathly Vigor spell. When you switch between the Balefire and Unholy Lodestone you see the differnt codes in the options summary "Unh" or "Bal", but no notes as to what each of these options does.
 
masma of deathly vigor is not in footnotes, it is in unit notes. look at bottom of output sheet, is there an 'option footnotes' section there? if you choose e.g. a great weapon that should be listed there too.

if it does not appear, you should turn it on in print options. :~)
 
Ok, I figured out the issue. If you select the option "Move Footnotes to InfoText" in the advanced options the information about the corpse cart does not appear. However, this option unselected does give you the info in the footnotes.

So I have a work around which I'll use, but still looks like a bug somewhere
