Value of my Magic cards

I bought this program thinking that I could see the value of my cards like the packaging says. I am not able to. Is this faults advertising or am I missing something?

Could you clarify what you mean by "value of my cards"? Are you looking for point values for tournament build or monetary values?
 
Sure can.

monetary values.
When I click the Download Pricing Data it tells me there is no partner sites.
When I click on partner sites there is no partners.

Ah. I will be honest with you. Card Vault is a product that has had declining support for some time and I know there are definitely some datasets which do not seem to actively update anymore. Contact support@wolflair.com and see if they can solve your problem. If all else fails, Lone Wolf does have a money-back guarantee, but often support can help you. It could still be a technical issue, but my suspicion is that the database may not be actively updated.
