v2.0 - choosing forbidden spell schools

When I try to choose a forbidden spell school I get the following error message:

Code: 
Secondary tagexpr for pick "wfEnchant" is scheduled after primary condition test is scheduled.
- - -
Existence tagexpr for pick "wfEnchant" is scheduled after primary condition test is scheduled.

This is using the default wizard class that comes with HL.
