User files not recognized after update

After this morning's update, Hero Lab is not recognizing any of my .user files. I did *not* have the "Delete all files not updated" box checked. What's the best way to go about fixing this?

It's likely that you got some sort of error and the program is loading in safe mode (which means, without any .user files), if you could post the error, we may be able to help you clear things up.
 
That's possible. I think there was some bad blood with Realm Works this morning. The fact that it happened right after I updated made me ASSuME that was the problem. I had a chance to shut everything down and restart and both are behaving normally now.
 
I don't think that any change to realm works would cause problems in loading hero lab files, since they are separate programs... but I am glad it seems to have worked itself out. If problems happen again, don't hesitate to post again.
