User file not showing in Configure Hero

Just started fooling around with the editor, so I've created my own .user file, with some custom feats from the game that I'm currently in. Everything works ok, but when I go to select it in Configure Hero, it's not listed there. However, the feats are available in Hero Lab for me. Is there a reason I don't see my file listed under User Content? I do have one listed under there already, ShadowChemosh's Adjustments (v2.2), so I'm not sure why mine isn't showing up.
 
I'm guessing you probably didn't go in when you did the feats and create a new source for them. If you don't and also didn't assign them to an existing source, then they're always considered active and don't have an entry on the Configure hero to choose from.
