Urban Ranger: Favored Community

I have a player playing an Urban Ranger. We're not seeing how to activate his Favored Community ability. I can add a Conferred Ability Adjustment for the standard Ranger Favored Terrain, which adds the +2 initiative bonus, but it doesn't give the +2 Knowledge Local bonus. Obviously, I could do this with another separate adjustment, but shouldn't there be a place where you can just indicate he's in his Favored Community? (Probably missing something obvious.)

That would be nice, but on the urban range I've been playing for almost two years I just wound up using two adjustments.
