I recently renewed with Standard for 6 months. If I change my mind and decide to go Patron instead, do I get credit for the $14.99 I already spent or is that lost?
 
When upgrading or even downgrading your Service Level in the store you will see any remaining time from your current Service package returned against the cost of the Service Package you're choosing to move to in the form of a custom SKU item in your shopping cart.

We made sure to include this credit to be sure to cover situations precisely like your own.

Thanks, how is the pro-ration credit calculated? Monthly, or daily?
