Updating stuff in the SRD

There's a few things I want to do, but the associated things are housed in the SRD.

  • Update base Human and Elf sources to include the new GGTR source
  • Various race, class, monster, spell updates from the 2018 errata. Includes PHB, MM, and DMG stuff that isn't in the community files for those books.

How do we go about doing this sort of thing? Can we? For the errata, I'd understand if it's on LWD to make the updates. But I'm sure they wouldn't update the sources on those two races for us, since the GGTR source is community-made.

For what I have done to date, I created a new base version of half-elves so I could do the Dragonmarks properly.

How does that work? Does it overwrite/deprecate the existing ones? Would it show up as another copy? And what about stuff that references the existing Human and Elf Things? Like feats and such?

I did it as another copy. You could do it as a replacement, but then you have to go back and add all the older subraces to the new version.

For the half-elves, only one I've done to date (way behind), I named them Half-elf (Eberron) . . .
