I download it off the Updates but it still wont work it says my pdfs are not up to date

What can i do

You downloaded it, but did you actually run the installer? I ask because it's easy to think you've done this when you actually haven't.

Depending on your security settings, if you aren't running with Administrator privileges, the installer for the PDFCanvas tool may be blocked by Windows. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the location where the PDFCanvas tool has been downloaded. If you installed Hero Lab in the default location, this will be "c:\herolab\download". Now launch the installer explicitly.

If this doesn't seem to work, the issue may be that you need to explicitly run the installer with Administrator privileges. You can do this by right-clicking on the installer and selecting the "Run as Administrator" option.
