Reload PDF Canvas, I had the same problem.
Virtue....the instalation wizard window should open immediatly after download if you click yes to launch file now.
after install be sure to restart computer.

Depending on your security settings, if you aren't running with Administrator privileges, the installer for the PDFCanvas tool may be blocked by Windows. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the location where the PDFCanvas tool has been downloaded. If you installed Hero Lab in the default location, this will be "c:\herolab\download". Now launch the installer explicitly.
If this doesn't seem to work, the issue may be that you need to explicitly run the installer with Administrator privileges. You can do this by right-clicking on the installer and selecting the "Run as Administrator" option.
