Hello,

It's been a while since 3.5, and the community file, has been updated. Was production stopped at the release of 5e?

The devs are reworking how spells work, as far as I've heard. I, myself, have programmed in a couple books and filled in another so there is still progress being made. As soon as they have finished work on the core system, the devs will be free to release the next d20 update.
 
Production is on-going. With any luck, we might even have new releases out for one or both in the near future.
