M&M 2nd ed. Updated Hero Lab, can't save my old portfolio

Hey, I just updated Hero Lab to 6.1, and now I can't save any changes I make to my old portfolio. If I import characters from that to a new portfolio they stil can't be saved. All I found when searching for help was passive-aggressive FAQ posts for army builder or something, telling me it warns you about what to do before you update.

How can I retreive my old portfolio without manually re-entering everything?

It sounds like your license number needs to be reset for some reason and I'd be happy to look into it.

This issue was resolved by removing the portrait one of the characters in the portfolio was assigned. Hope this helps if someone else is having the same issue!
 
Do you still have a copy of the portfolio before removing the portrait? If so, could you submit this via the tech support system and include the portfolio?
