update 11.5 actually 8.3

am i the only one having this issue? i have downlooaded direct from the lwd site, removed and reinstalled hero lab and tried several times. update 11.5 just keeps updating to 8.3
 
That's really strange. I haven't had any problem with it on three machines. Maybe you need to clean out your download folder?
 
I don't think removing and reinstalling clears your ProgramData folder, you might want to check there just in case its grabbing an old file from there.
 
nah, it is straight up downloading a file that when imported shows as 8.3 no matter what I do. *shrugs* I used time machine to find 11.4 so I can launch now no problem (it was making my hero lab unusable)

I guess I can only hope 11.6+ doesn't have this issue.
