Possible bugs?

I'm finally getting around to running a Rise of the Runelords game and found that per the RotR Players Guide, players can pick any of the feats in it as a free feat. However, only City Born, Country Born, and Lone Wolf are listed as Upbringing Feats in HL. I know I can change it in the editor to put the others (Big Game Hunter, Totem Spirit, and Varisian Tattoo) to be an Upbringing Feat, but to me its seems like more of a unintentional bug if you will.

Also the bard's skill list should include Disguise.

Disguise should be a Skill you can use untrained

Hi,

I am still trying out the 3.5 character builder but the Disguise skill at 0, does not seem to show up under the Cleric skills is this correct?

I believe it should show, as you can use the skill "unskilled"?
 
You are correct, the Disguise skill can be used untrained, I have fixed this for the next release, thanks.
