Unit problem on 40k and fantasy

I guess theres an option for this in army builder somewhere but i can't find it.

It won't show me named HQ choices, eg Chaos lord is shown but not abaddon, typhus or fabulous bill in CSM
 
There are specific forums for 40K and Fantasy, and both have existing threads named "Where are the special characters" or something like that.

For both games, when choosing an army, you'll see a clipboard icon. That controls the settings for the army. In both cases, go to "Roster Options" and find the "Special Characters" option.
