Unexpected Error (Store/Cart)

Hello,

I've attempted to buy Realms Works today and after filling out all my information in the store/cart, it will not let me purchase. It gives me:

"Unexpected Error

Your shopping session has expired.

For your safety, we discard your shopping session after a period of long inactivity. Any personal information, payment information, and cart contents have been discarded. Please return to the Home page to begin shopping again."

Only the issue is I've not had it expire. It took less than 2 minutes for me to fill out the appropriate information.

Since then, I've restarted my computer, deleted my cookies/history/form data, etc, but every time I come back to the store, all my information is still present on the website and it still gives me this error.

I'd like to buy this product, however the website is all but preventing me from doing so.

Any help would be appreciated
 
Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering issues when trying to purchase Realm Works.

Out of curiosity, is your phone number missing when you submit the order? We've found that a missing phone number yields this error message, as a phone number is required for each purchase. We've created a fix to display a more appropriate error message, but it hasn't been updated yet.
