Unchained Rogue, Vicious Claws

For some reason, when I try to setup my catfolk unchained rogue with the vicious claws rogue ability it doesn't show up in the list, I have the advanced race guide selected, so how do I fix this?
 
Officially, Rogues and Unchained Rogues are different classes and only the talents specifically listed as available to Unchained Rogues can be taken. Naturally, in a custom campaign the DM can house rule otherwise.
