Unable to select options for feat

I have an arcanist I'm playing that just hit 9th level. I was doing my level up last night and decided to pick up the Minor Spell Expertise feat. After picking it, there is a drop down menu for me to select which spell I want to be able to use as an SLA, but the drop down just tells me there are no options available.

Has anyone run into something like this? Is there some reason it's not populating the drop down like it should? Thanks!
