Unable to see unchained classes

I just purchased pathfinder unchained and reactivated my license. I've activated a number of other pathfinder packages with no problems.

When I click on view license info it's there. But I am unable to actually use it at all. Am I missing something?

If it is a pre-existing character, did you go into Configure Your Hero and turn ON the content from Pathfinder Unchained?

If it is a new Hero, did you make sure Pathfinder Unchained is checked in the Configure Your Hero screen?

Note that the pieces of content in Pathfinder Unchained are fairly granular.. there are lots of little pieces to turn on individually (and Classes are one of those specific pieces).
