Unable to run multiples instances of HL

[Windows 7, 65 bit] I just reinstalled Hero Lab because I wanted to change the drive it was installed on. Now I can no longer open multiple instances of Hero Lab. If I try to open a .por file from Explorer while Hero Lab is open, nothing happens. I can only open a .por file by going to File, Open. I have Hero Lab pinned to the taskbar, and if the program is open I can't run any of the recently used portfolios from there, either.

All of these things worked fine before I reinstalled. I don't think anything is different between the two installs except for drive the program is installed on. All other functions seem to be working normally.
